    好的摘要对发表SCI论文很重要

    今天笔者来谈谈如何写好摘要。如果说标题是文章中最重要的一句话，那么摘要就是文章中最重要的一段话了。

    我们来去买衣服的时候，常通过橱窗展示就可以确定是否进去店铺挑选，在笔者看来，摘要就是文章的“橱窗”，透过这个“橱窗”，我们可以看到这篇文章的大概内容。多数情况下，读者都不会读完全文的，他们只会阅读他们感兴趣的部分或者他们能够阅读到的部分（获得全文也需要money的哦，而摘要是免费的）。

    那么如何写好摘要呢，这里笔者要提出一个重要的概念：以读者为导向。这该如何理解呢？在摘要里，我们应该告诉读者我们文章的大概：我做了什么，怎么做，结果是什么，有什么意义，创新点在哪里。而且重要的是，我们所写的东西要让读者容易看懂，容易理解，激发阅读兴趣。

    笔者举个2012年发表在Science的文章作为例子：

    EZH2 Oncogenic Activity in Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer Cells Is Polycomb-Independent

    Epigenetic regulators represent a promising new class of therapeutic targets for cancer(介绍表观遗传器的作用). Enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2), a subunit of Polycomb repressive complex 2 (PRC2), silences gene expression via its histone methyltransferase activity（介绍怎么做）. We found that the oncogenic function of EZH2 in cells of castration-resistant prostate cancer is independent of its role as a transcriptional repressor. Instead, it involves the ability of EZH2 to act as a coactivator for critical transcription factors including the androgen receptor（介绍结果）.
