志简介/稿件收录要求As of 1999, Springer will publish Food Science and Biotechnology, the official English-language journal of the Korean Society for Food Science and Technology. Currently a quarterly publication, the journal will move to increasing circulation to 6 issues per year beginning with volume 8. Food Science and Biotechnology is an international journal devoted to the advancements and dissemination of scientific knowledge concerning all topics in the Food Sciences. Related disciplines include biotechnology, biochemical engineering, applied microbiology, fermentation technology, enzymology and enzyme engineering, food packing and storage, and the application of chemistry in food flavorings, coloring and preservation. The journal presently publishes Research Articles and Research Notes.
